Collage of vintage and modern photos celebrating Italian heritage, including a sign that says "Keeping Our Italian Heritage Alive!" with images of people in traditional and casual settings, children, adults, historical figures, and cultural activities.

Our Passion Heritage Famiglia

  • Our family opened Bruno’s Pizzeria in 2015 in dedication of our Nonno, Giordano Bruno, who immigrated from Milano, Lombardia, Italy to New York and became a Pizzaiolo.

When our Nonno relocated to Colorado, he needed to make a few additions to his dough recipe in order to replicate his NY dough. With his additions, our Nonno’s crust tasted like New York again.

In 2019, we expanded with Punchy’Z “the GOAT” Pizza to share our NY Pies in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Both locations are Family run. There are currently 3rd, 4th, 5th, & the newest addition 6th Generation doing what we love.

  • To our family food is so much more, it's our culture. Every holiday, birthday, accomplishment, or any other excuse to eat, always brings our family together.  Sundays were always spent at Nonno's house, to eat, drink wine, make his NY Wood Fired Pizza, and to enjoy spending time together.

Our family wanted to share our culture and the same love that we have for food, family, and the NY Pie. We hope it brings you and your family together. Salute!
